Guitar 1
My younger daughter has always been musical. It really wasn’t a surprise after years of piano that she came back from summer camp playing the guitar. Since she was smaller, I decided to build her a 00 size guitar.
I was pretty intimidated by all the stories around luthiers, but quickly discovered that modern tools shortcut a lot of the heretofore impossible tasks. This guitar is straight down the fairway with a spruce top, mahogany neck, and walnut sides. This was my first experience with mother-of-pearl inlay, which looks way harder than it actually is.
