I’m exceptionally passionate about all forms of transportation, and I’ve tried to span the gamut from the elegantly simple (skateboards and stand-up paddle boards) to the complex (Czech jet trainers and Russian hydrofoils) and everything in between. To date, I’ve been very lucky that in several decades of work, I’ve only had one complete failure. But that’s a story for another day.
I wanted to build guitars for my younger daughter as she plays beautifully, but since I’m not musical, this was as close as I could get to the music. I made the soccer monument to honor my older daughter’s collegiate national championship. Most of the other items are presents for my friends. Perhaps as I continue, a pattern will emerge that makes the ontology more transparent.
